2.1. Clients must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations related to drone operations and aerial photography, including obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses.
2.2. Clients are responsible for providing clear instructions, safe operating conditions, and any necessary access permissions for the Company to perform its services effectively and safely.
3.1. Payment terms, pricing, and any additional fees or expenses will be detailed in the service agreement or proposal.
3.2. Unless otherwise specified, payment for services is due in advance or as agreed upon in the service agreement.
4.1. The client may cancel or reschedule services with advance notice and subject to terms specified in the service agreement.
4.2. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to inclement weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5.1. The client will have ownership rights to media (photos, videos, data) created or collected during the provision of services, as specified in the service agreement.
5.2. The Company may retain the right to use media for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6.1. The Company shall not be liable for any injury, accidents, property damage, or other incidents that may occur during or as a result of the provision of services, unless resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Company.
